Returns Policy

If you are not happy with you purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund, according all terms and conditions are met. Please return all items/goods, within 14 days of receiving it. A copy of the invoice/receipt should be returned with the returned items/goods.  


Please NOTE we do not usually refund postage and carriage charges, full refund will be given if you decide to cancel the sale contract.

Please NOTE that we cannot accept any returns on the following item: pierced jewellery, this is due to hygiene reasons.

Please NOTE returns are NOT accepted on lingerie and swimwear briefs only, this is due to the justcurvy.com health and safety policy and hygiene reasons. If you wish to return a bra, then this must be unworn in it's original packaging with all original tags attached.

All items/goods must be returned in original condition, unused with all tags and labels intact.

Please send the goods in the packaging it came in. We recommend you send the goods via recorded delivery as the items/goods will be your responsibility until we have received them. The customer will be liable for any payment involved returning items/goods back to justcurvy.com. If items/goods are faulty/incorrect then justcurvy.com will refund the cost for sending them back to us or send a freepost label to return the items back. Note all faulty items/goods will be fully inspected before giving a refund any fraudulent enquiries will be prosecuted. Please also refer to terms and conditions regarding this issue.

Under the UK distance selling regulations; you as a customer have 14 working days from the day after you receive your items to cancel the contract for your order with us. To do this you MUST inform us in writing or by using the contact form, including your order ID number. (Please refer to our return address below). If your items or goods have been dispatched you will have to wait until we receive the items/goods back from you, for a refund to be issued.

Returns from outside the UK need to be clearly stated as RETURNED GOODS on outer packaging, otherwise justcurvy.com may refuse to accept delivery.

Returns Process

You should expect to receive your refund within 21 days of giving your package to the original shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

(Account Customers) If you need to return an item, simply login to your account using the 'My Account' link, view the order by clicking the 'Completed' link, find the order which you would like to return, please make sure it is within the 14 days return period, then click Return Item(s), fill out the following items on the return request and the submit the request. You will receive a email with further instructions, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).

Please note we DO NOT offer an exchange service, please note this is due stock potentially running out quickly and also taking too long for customers to send back unwanted items. We recommend you to order more than one size when ordering your selected item(s), if you have ordered the wrong product or size/colour you will have to re-order your product.
