Q: HOW TO USE VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS?

A: You will be able use any vouchers/coupons that have been issued by www.justcurvy.com in our final checkout process, there will be a clearly visible area where you can enter codes to get your discount. If you forget to use your code, unfortunately we cannot do anything, which will result you missing out on the discount.

All codes will have a time period, and will expire when finished. Please also refer to out terms and conditions.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

A: There will be a link under where you would normally type in your log in details, just follow the link.

Q: HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT?

A: As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification to confirm your order is on its way. Account holders will be able to see the status of their order.

Q:  HOW TO SIGN UP TO OUR NEWSLETTER?

A: On our homepage you will see a box where you can enter your email address to sign up, you will also be able to sign up when making account with us. By signing up you will have the latest news about our company and products, and also get discount codes or know where to get them from.

Q: DO YOU OFFER SIZING HELP?

A: Yes, at the bottom of our homepage there is a link labelled SIZE GUIDE, this will help you pick the best size for you.

Q: I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ORDER?

A: We try our best to make sure you receive the correct items/goods; if you receive an incorrect order please follow returns procedures. If you are an account holder please use the automated returns management system.

Q: IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SAFE?
